About Me

Hi, I’m Aida. I’m a marketing professional and a dating blogger with a soft spot for emotional deep-dives.

When I first launched A Glass Box of Emotion, I wanted to write about personal development. But over time, I found myself drawn to one topic in particular: the messy, confusing, vulnerable world of modern dating and how our attachment patterns shape the way we show up in relationships.

Today, this blog is a space for women who are done romanticizing mixed signals, breadcrumbing, and the bare minimum. I write about disorganized attachment, emotional unavailability, and the often painful process of unlearning the idea that love has to be chaotic to be real.

If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in an almost-relationship, obsessing over hot-and-cold behavior, or blaming yourself for someone else’s inability to commit—you’re in the right place.

I’m not here to give you a list of rules or tell you how to “win him back.”

I’m here to help you raise your standards, reconnect with your intuition, and protect your peace.

Every post comes from lived experience, late-night overthinking, and honest conversations with women who are trying to do better for themselves and their future relationships.

Thanks for being here. I hope you find something that resonates.
